ASPARAGUS TURKEY STIR-FRY
When people try this dish, they ask for the recipe, just as I did when I first tasted it when visiting a friend's home. Tossed in a delicious lemon sauce, this simple skillet dish is sure to satisfy on the busiest of nights. It's a great way to use leftover turkey. -May Evans, Corinth, Kentucky

HONEY DIJON PORK TENDERLOIN
It's hard to believe such an elegant dish is table ready in a half hour. To cut prep time, use a food processor to slice the onion and mushrooms. Steamed vegetables make a quick side dish. I found this recipe in Country Woman magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping.
