- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, oatmeal, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, MMQ sauce, honey, and salt and pepper (I found that it's easiest to use my hands to mix it all together. When completely combined, mold meat into large mound and place into loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk topping ingredients together and spread half of topping on meatloaf. Reserve the other half for serving
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes, then slice into serving sizes and drizzle sauce on top

This is a family favorite. My son will ask for this and clean his plate. The original recipe was a bit spicy for our taste so we altered it for our taste buds.

- 1. When making this measure everything exactly or it will be too runny. Dice up dried bread crumbs and add all meat ingredients to a large bowl. Use your hands to mix together until everything is evenly combined.
- 2. Shape the mixture into a long, thick log and place a 8x4" glass loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the topping ingredients. Spread half of this mixture evenly all over the meatloaf. Reserve the other half for serving.
- 4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Slice and drizzle with reserved honey barbecue sauce.
- 5. Enjoy!

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir together barbeque sauce, honey and Sriracha sauce; set aside.
- In large bowl, stir beef, bread crumbs, bacon, onion, garlic, eggs, salt and 2 tablespoons of the barbeque sauce mixture until well mixed. Place mixture in pan; form a loaf (about 7x4x2 inches). Top loaf with remaining barbeque sauce mixture.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F.

Steps:
- In large bowl dissolve bouillon in water, stir in egg, oats, bbq sauce, onion, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Add beef and mix well.
- Press into an ungreased 8x4x2in.
- loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Top with ketchup.
- Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees or meat is no longer pink.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
