- Combine mix ingredients; store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag. Yield: 1-3/4 cups mix (7 batches of pudding)., To make pudding: Combine water and mix in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in butter and extract. Pour into a serving dish. Serve warm or chilled; top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cocoa if desired.

- 1. Combine all the dry ingredients and store in an airtight container. The mix fits in a quart jar.
- 2. Homemade Chocolate Pudding mix in a jar To prepare: Add 2/3 cup mix to a saucepan. Add 2 cups milk and stir until blended. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer while stirring constantly until thickened. Cool and serve. After pudding is made, you can put into popsicle containers and freeze for homemade fudge sicles. Or maybe a chocolate pie is more to your liking. Just pour into a graham cracker crust. Let set and serve. Serving Size : 24

- In a large bowl, combine powdered milk, chocolate pudding mix, chocolate drink mix powder, creamer, confectioners' sugar, and cocoa. Divide the mixture between two 1 quart jars. Seal, and decorate as desired. These can be stored in a dry area for up to 3 months.
- Attach a tag with the following instructions: Hot Cocoa: Dissolve 1/3 cup cocoa mix in 1 cup boiling water.

HOT CHOCOLATE JARS

- Into each jar, layer 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 cup of marshmallows. Repeat with remaining jars and ingredients. Screw on the lids and affix a label with the recipe below:
- To serve: Remove the marshmallows to a plate and mix together the remaining ingredients in the jar. Bring 1 cup of milk to a simmer over low heat. Add 3 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix and stir until completely combined. Pour into cups or mugs and top with marshmallows before serving.

- Grease a 13x9-in. baking pan., Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions, adding pudding mix before mixing batter, and folding 1 cup chocolate chips into prepared batter. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake and cool as package directs. Cut into 1/4-inch cubes., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until blended. NANA'S HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE PUDDING
A rich, silky homemade chocolate pudding made the same way in our family since the 50's. Cooled pudding will form a dark skin on top, which is our favorite part! Top with whipped cream, if desired.

- Sift and whisk sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt together in a saucepan.
- Heat saucepan over medium heat. Pour milk in slowly, whisking constantly until incorporated. Cook, stirring often with a metal spoon, until pudding is noticeably thicker and clings to the spoon, about 10 minutes.
