A quick, cool, refreshing sorbet made with farm-fresh peaches. Quick, easy, and quite delicious! My family and guests were blown away by this!! This can be put together in just a few minutes.

3 (16 ounce) packages frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
1 cup white sugar, or to taste
ΒΌ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, or to taste
1 tablespoon orange juice, or as needed
8 sprigs fresh mint, or as needed

Steps:

  • Place frozen peaches, separating any that have stuck together, into a food processor with sugar and lemon juice. Blend to the consistency of applesauce, adding orange juice as needed. Taste and adjust flavor with sugar and lemon juice. Serve immediately, garnished with mint sprigs.

Nothing could be easier, or more fun to watch blend together, than this two-ingredient, sorbet. Simply puree frozen raspberries and limeade in a food processor for a few minutes for a colorful and refreshing dessert.

16 ounces (about 4 cups) frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate

Steps:

  • Add the raspberries and limeade concentrate to a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until scoopable, about 1 hour. The sorbet will keep for up to 2 months.

My kids can hardly wait for this to freeze before they want to dig in! It's so easy they are always willing to help me make it, and they are so proud to tell their friends that they "made" the sherbet all by themselves!

1 sm pkg any flavor jell-o
3/4 c white sugar
1 c boiling water
2 c milk
1 3/4 c softened cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. mix together Jell-O and sugar, add boiling water to dissolve. Add fresh or canned fruit if desired.
  • 2. add milk, pour into 9x13 pan and freeze for 1 hour.
  • 3. fold in softened cool whip and re-freeze for an about 4 hours or until solid, serve.
