THE CLASSIC MANHATTAN

The Classic Manhattan image

You'd think that a cocktail with just three ingredients would be simple. But while a classic Manhattan is easy to make, it's also easy to mess up unless you know the right technique. Use rye whiskey to give it a spicy note to balance the sweetness of vermouth.

HOLIDAY MANHATTAN

Holiday Manhattan image

This recipe is definitely not traditional - except in my family. It is sweet, and meant to be! You will have to do the math for single servings, this is the way I got it from my Grandfather, who always made a batch (or two) for the Holidays.
