Eggnog with Baileys Irish Cream is the perfect festive cocktail to enjoy this holiday season. It comes together in less than five minutes with just a handful of ingredients and is oh so comforting.

4 cups eggnog, cold
4 ounces Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
Ground cinnamon
Ground nutmeg
Cinnamon stick for garnishing (optional)

Steps:

  • Pour the eggnog and Baileys in a large jar or small pitcher and whisk to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • To serve: Pour into a glass, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and nutmeg, and if desired, garnish with a cinnamon stick or your choice of other festive garnishments. Each serving will be about 1 1/8 cups.

Steps:

  • Whisk 1 egg, 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur and 1/4 ounce Irish whiskey in a bowl until smooth. Bring 2 cups whole milk to a boil in a saucepan (do not use a slow cooker-it will overcook the eggs). Pour over the egg mixture, stirring to mix well. Pour into mugs. Sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
  • If you don't have a slow cooker, keep these drinks warm in a saucepan on the stovetop over low heat.

2 TBS sugar
1 1/2 C whole mikk
1 C whipping cream
1 C baileys irish cream
nutmeg dusted over each cup

Steps:

  • 1. In Large Bowl; Beat Eggs on high with Mixer, Till Lemon Yellow In color.
  • 2. Add Sgr, Beat till thickens.
  • 3. At Low Speed, Blend in Milk & Whipping Cream.
  • 4. Stir in Irish Cream.
  • 5. Pour into Glasses, Sprinkle with Nutmeg.
  • 6. ENJOY! . . . These are Sooo Good!
