2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
13 ounces evaporated milk
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 cups creamed corn

Steps:

  • Combine the first 3 ingredients.
  • Mix the milk and corn together, then add to the first mixture.
  • Pour into a 6 x 10 greased baking dish.
  • Pour the melted margarine over the top.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until firm.
  • Sometimes I bake this for 80 to 90 minutes.

1 (17 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (17 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased casserole.
  • Bake the pudding for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until firm in the center and golden.
