- Unroll each crescent laying flat on a cookie sheet pan and sprinkle each with the cheese and herbs and roll starting at the wide end.
- Bake in a 375°F preheated oven for 11 minutes.

Steps:
- Melt margarine and mix with Italian seasoning mix.
- Open the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.
- Brush each triangle of dough with butter/seasoning mixture, then sprinkle cheese evenly distributing a little on each triangle, if using. Roll into crescent shapes.
- Place on a cookie sheet so they don't touch each other.
- Bake at 350*F. until lightly brown, 11-13 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

- 1. Heat oven to 375. unroll dough, separate along perforations into 8 triangles.
- 2. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Brush 1/2 the butter mix evenly over triangles.
- 3. Beginning @ wide end of each triangle, roll up loosely, shaping into crescent. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Place rolls on baking sheet. Bake for 10 min, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush w/ remaining butter mix.

- Heat oven to 375 Separate dough into 16 triangles. Sprinkle eah with 1 tsp herb mix, pressing into dough. Roll up each triangle starting at shor tside. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Beat eggs and water until blended and brush mixture over rolls. Bake 10-12 minutes until brown.
