Yield 30 servings (10 cups mix).

Number Of Ingredients 7

5 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups instant chocolate drink mix
1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
1 cup malted milk powder
1 cup chocolate malted milk powder
1/2 cup baking cocoa

Steps:

  • In a large airtight container, combine all ingredients. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months (mixture will settle)., To prepare hot chocolate: Place 1/3 cup mix in a mug; add 3/4 cup hot water and stir until blended.

Two kinds of cereal, almonds and coconut combine to make a yummy, sweet snack mix.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups butter
2 cups white sugar
2 cups corn syrup
1 (17.5 ounce) package crispy corn and rice square cereal
1 (17.5 ounce) package crispy rice cereal squares
1 ½ cups sliced almonds
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Steps:

  • In a large bowl or disposable roasting pan, toss together the corn and rice cereal, rice cereal, almonds and coconut.
  • Combine the butter, sugar and corn syrup in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, continue to cook for 3 minutes. Pour over the cereals, using a large wooden spoon to stir the mixture until evenly coated. Spread out on a cookie sheet to cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

25.6 oz box of dry powdered milk
2 lb box of nestle hot chocolate powder ( if you can't find nestle's then swissmiss is fine too!)
8 oz jar of any flavor of coffee mate powder
1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together in a LARGE bowl. Keep in a sealed container.
  • 2. To make the hot chocolate: use 1/3 cup of mix to 1 cup of hot water.
