HEAVENLY CASSEROLE
Need a hearty dinner idea? Try this quick and easy casserole. This is a tangy, creamy, layered Italian casserole. We loved the texture of the egg noodles when the creamy layer and cheese melts into them. Mixed with the meat marinara layer, it's an awesome comforting bite. This reminds us of a beef stroganoff but with a red sauce....

Add onion, green bell pepper, carrot, and garlic to ground beef; cook and stir until onion is lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

- Bake in the preheated oven until casserole is bubbling and Cheddar cheese is melted, about 45 minutes.
