- When ready to serve, divide the pudding between 2 serving bowls and top with your favorite toppings, such as chocolate chips, berries, toasted coconut flakes, toasted nuts, cacao nibs, sliced banana, and/or granola.

ABC PUDDING - AVOCADO, BANANA, CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
At a glance the avocado seems bizzarely placed, but it adds an amazing creamy thickness to this delicious, healthy, 3-ingredient raw pudding. Just make sure you use a ripe avocado and very ripe bananas. Another recipe created from my crazy experiments in the kitchen!

THE REAL NO-GUILT CHOCOLATE PUDDING
In my journey to applying the 90/10 (okay 80/20) rule to my food ethic - that is, 90 percent good for you and 10 percent ... not so much - I'm always on a quest to find dessert holy grails. If I'm going to indulge in dessert, it better be good. Medjool dates, by themselves, no matter how exponentially sweet, are not going to cut it when I want something velvety, chocolatey and rich.
