- Add water to reserved pineapple juice to equal 1 cup. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, pineapple, and the cup of pineapple liquid, eggs, oil, and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in banana slices and nuts. Pour into two 9 inch layer cake pans which have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Frost with a cream cheese icing.
- Sprinkle coconut on top. (optional).

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs until well combined.
- Spray a half sheet pan (13"x18"x1") with nonstick cooking spray and spread batter in pan in an even layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the center of the cake is set.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Use a fork and poke holes over the entire cake.

- In a large punch bowl, start with one layer of the cake, broken up into pieces. Spread with half of the pudding, then slice three bananas over the pudding. Then layer 1 can drained pineapple, one can pie filling and half of the coconut.
- Repeat in the same order with the remaining ingredients.
