- Remove paper liners from peanut butter cups; place upside down on waxed paper. Place a small amount of frosting on each peanut butter cup; center a mint on each. Using frosting, make a loop for each cap's tassel. Place an M&M on top of each loop.

- Hamantaschen are the traditional cookies of Purim, a festive holiday on the Jewish calendar.
- Grease cookie sheets.
- In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
- Add sugar, orange peel and margarine; beat until mixture is light and fluffy.
- Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
- Add flour; mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 1/2 hours for easier handling.
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- On lightly floured surface, roll out 1/4 of dough at a time to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Keep remaining dough refrigerated.
- Cut with floured 3-inch round cookie cutter.
- Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets.
- Spoon heaping teaspoonful poppy seed filling on center of each circle. Moisten edges of dough circles with water.
- Shape into triangles as shown in diagram, folding 3 sides in without completely covering filling; pinch corners to seal.
- Bake at 350° for 8-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
- Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.

- Cut licorice candy whips into 2-inch pieces, and pull them apart to make small strings. Set aside.
- Place a miniature peanut butter cup upside down on a work surface; top with a dab of frosting. Center a chocolate-covered graham cracker cookie onto the frosting to make a small cap with a mortarboard. Gently press the cookie onto the peanut butter cup.
- Place a small dab of frosting in the center of the graham cracker cookie and attach a red licorice string as a tassel, letting the tassel drape over the edge of the cookie. Place a candy-coated milk chocolate piece onto the center of the cookie over the end of the tassel to make a button.
- Repeat with remaining candies and cookies to make 50 graduation caps with tassels.

- Mix ALL ingredients, except tortillas, together to make filling. OR USE YOUR FAVORITE Pinwheel filling recipe.
- Spread desired amount of filling onto each tortilla, just as if you were making pinwheels.
- Roll Up just as if you were making a pinwheel ~ DO NOT CUT.
- Tie a 6-8 inch length of colored ribbon ( that matches your graduates color scheme ) around the middle of the rolled up tortilla to look like a diploma !
- This is SO easy and EVERYONE will love them! Had one guest tell me she was totally stealing the idea when her daughter graduates!
