2 c graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
1/2 c finely chopped pecans
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can eagle brand, sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c AP flour
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 c (1/2 stick) cold butter
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and finely chopped pecans. Press evenly into parchment lined 13x9 baking pan. 2. In a med bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over crust. Spoon apple pie filling over cream cheese layer. 3. In med bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.Stir in cranberries and chopped pecans. Sprinkle over apple layer. Bake 35-40 min or until golden. Cool, cut into squares and store covered in fridge.

1/2 c pillsbury flour
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 c cold butter
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/3 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven 350. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and pecans in small bowl. Press evenly into prepared pan.
  • 2. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Pour over prepared crust. Spoon apple pie filling over cream cheese layer.
  • 3. Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cranberries and pecans. Sprinkle over apple layer.
