EASY HAM AND CHEESE BREAKFAST PIZZA



Easy Ham and Cheese Breakfast Pizza image

1 13.8 oz tube Refrigerated Pizza Crust
2 Tbls olive oil
8 Eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 8 oz package diced ham
2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425degrees.
  • Unroll the pizza crustinto a 15x10x1 inch sheet cake pan, stretch to fill the pan and curl up theedges to form a crust.
  • Brush crust with olive oil and prick with a fork to avoid bubbles.
  • Bake until lightly browned about 7-8 minutes.
  • In a medium size bowl whisk together the eggs, milk salt and pepper.
  • In a medium skillet heat a little oil over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook until soft scrambled.
  • Spoon egg mixture overcrust, add ham and cheese. Bake for another 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This is from Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals for kids. My son and I made these this morning for breakfast with a few changed to make individual sized pizzas. They are fun to make together and make for a pretty good meal.

4 eggs
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon milk (optional) or 1 tablespoon water (optional)
10 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces ham, cut into strips
1 cup diced pineapple

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Beat eggs with salt and pepper and milk or water if using. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook stirring constantly until still just a bit wet. Remove from heat.
  • Divide pizza crust into 4 equal parts and place on a non-stick cookie sheet. Top each with equal parts egg, cheese, ham, and pineapple.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust has browned and is crisp and cheese has melted.

1 pre made pizza crust (30cm)
1/4 cup tomato paste
175 g shaved ham, roughly chopped
1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
6 (50 g) eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Spread pizza base with tomato paste. Top with ham. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Form 6 hollows the width of a 50 cent coin around the edge of pizza. Separate 1 egg and carefully place egg yolk into 1 hollow. Repeat with remaining eggs. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until pizza base is crisp. Serve.

1 (8.5 ounce) package of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls or Pillsbury pre-made pizza dough sheet
1 cup frozen hash brown rounds, thawed and quartered.
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs lightly beaten
2 Tablespoons & 2 teaspoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
1/4 cup diced yellow bell peppers
1 1/2 cups diced ham
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375*F Using a pizza pan, roll out crescent rolls in a circle pointing each tip towards the center. Stretch and press dough together and seal up edges creating a round pizza. (If you don't have a pizza pan, or don't want to go through the hassle, use Pillsbury pizza dough and roll out to fit a jellyroll pan (cookie sheet with edges). Roll edges of dough up creating a pizza edge which will help keep the eggs in. Sprinkle dough with ham, hash browns, peppers, and green onions & any other desired toppings. In a small bowl combine eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour over veggies. Top with cheeses. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are tanned. Slice and serve immediately.
