Alfredo Sauce
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/3 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend cut into quarters
Pizza
1 14-ounce round pre-baked Italian pizza crust
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked ham
1 cup chopped broccoli

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Melt butter in small saucepan until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Add milk and nutmeg; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet. Spread Alfredo sauce over pizza crust. Layer with ham, broccoli and cheese.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is light golden brown. Cut into 8 wedges.

1 loaf (1 pound) frozen white bread dough, thawed
1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
1 package (16 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • On a floured surface, roll dough into an 18x12-in. rectangle. Layer with Swiss cheese, ham, cheddar cheese, Colby cheese and broccoli to within 1 in. of edges; sprinkle with garlic powder. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; seal seams and ends., Place seam side down on a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes. Cover loosely with foil; bake 15-20 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Freeze option: Freeze cooled baked stromboli in heavy-duty foil. To use, remove from foil and place on a greased baking sheet in a preheated 350° oven until heated through.

Turn your favorite Hot Pocket flavor into a glorious pizza complete with a white sauce base, sharp cheddar, broccoli and ham. Yay for family pizza night!

1 lb pizza dough
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
¼ cup whole milk
2 Tbsp grated parmesan
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar (or colby jack, for milder flavor)
½ cup broccoli (cooked, cooled, and chopped)
½ cup sliced deli ham (cut into 1 inch pieces)
zest of 1 lemon (optional)
red pepper flakes (optional)
cornmeal (to dust)
flour (to dust)

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt together the butter, cream cheese and milk. Once melted and beginning to steam, whisk in the parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper to combine. Allow to cool completely.
  • Place your pizza stone on the bottom rack of the oven. Preheat the oven to 550ºF (or as hot as your oven will go).
  • Dust your peel with corn meal, and dust the work surface with flour.
  • Roll or press your pizza dough out into a 16-inch round. Transfer to the pizza peel.
  • Distribute the white sauce all over the pizza crust.
  • Cover the sauce with cheese, and then dress with broccoli and cheddar.
  • Transfer the pizza from the peel to the preheated stone. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned and the crust is cooked through.
  • Remove from the stone back onto the peel, and cut into 8 slices.
  • Sprinkle on lemon zest and/or crushed red pepper as desired.

1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 ½ cups cooked, cubed ham
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can milk
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cover bottom of dish with layer of French fries. Add a layer of broccoli, then sprinkle ham evenly over broccoli. In a small bowl mix together soup, milk and mayonnaise. Pour mixture evenly over ingredients in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Satisfy your comfort food cravings with this cheap and simple creamy pasta dish with chunks of ham and crunchy veg

300g pasta (we used conchiglie)
1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
250g ham, cut into chunks (get a nice thick slice from the deli counter)
300ml pot double cream
1 tbsp English mustard
140g mature cheddar, grated

Steps:

  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta following pack instructions, adding the broccoli florets to the pan for the final 4 mins. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, make the sauce. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onion for 5 mins to soften, then stir in the garlic and cook for 1 min more. Stir in the ham, cream and mustard, then bring to the boil. Add the pasta and broccoli, then stir in the cheese, coating everything in the sauce.
