2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
¾ pound cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
skewers

Steps:

  • Preheat grill for high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, and mustard. Thread ham and pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers.
  • Lightly oil grill grate. Place skewers on the prepared grill, and brush liberally with the brown sugar mixture. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning frequently and basting often. Serve when heated through and richly glazed.

1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1-1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
KABOBS:
2 pounds fully cooked boneless ham, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-in. cubes (about 4 cups)

Steps:

  • In a large shallow dish, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add ham; turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, overnight., Preheat oven to 350°. Drain ham, reserving marinade. For glaze, pour marinade into a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5-7 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat., Meanwhile, on 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread ham and pineapple; place in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Brush with glaze. Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 pound fully cooked ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces, optional

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set pineapple aside. In a small bowl, mix marmalade, mustard, cloves and reserved pineapple juice. On eight metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread ham, cheese, pineapple and, if desired, green pepper., Place kabobs on greased grill rack. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 pound cubed fully cooked ham
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-in. slices
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon water
2 medium green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
16 cherry tomatoes
1-1/2 cups pineapple chunks

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine vinegar and brown sugar. Pour half of the marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add ham and sausage. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • Heat grill. Alternately thread ham, pineapple and tomatoes onto four 10-inch metal skewers. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine jelly and mustard. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until jelly melts. Stir to combine. Brush 3 to 4 tablespoons jelly mixture over kabobs.

1 Cook's® Bone-in Thick Cut Ham Steak (about 2 pounds)
4 ripe medium peaches, thinly sliced
3 ounces pea pods, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons stone ground mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Dash ground red pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

  • 1. Mix peaches, pea pods, bell peppers, mint, vinegar, sugar, mustard, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, black pepper and red pepper in medium bowl until well blended; set aside.

1-1/2 pounds fully cooked ham, cut into 24 cubes (1-inch pieces)
2 medium oranges, peeled and cut into eighths
1 large green pepper, cut into 16 pieces
1 large sweet red pepper, cut into 16 pieces
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • On eight metal skewers, alternately thread three ham cubes, two orange pieces, two green pepper pieces and two red pepper pieces. Place on a broiler pan with rack; broil 4-5 in. from the heat for 8 minutes, turning occasionally. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, tomato paste and ginger; mix well. Brush half over kabobs; broil 2-3 minutes. Turn kabobs and brush with the remaining sauce; broil 2 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender.
