- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and cereal; crumble ham and pork over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. to 2-in. balls; place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. , In a large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4 minutes. Pour over ham balls. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°.

- Mix together the pork, ham, bread crumbs, eggs, milk and onion. Form into medium size balls. Place the ham balls in a baking dish. In mixing bowl, stir together the pineapple, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over the ham balls and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.

- Heat oven to 350° F. Combine meat and remaining ingredients roll into balls about walnut-size. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover. Bake for 45 minutes. Prepare the following sauce.Sweet and Sour Sauce:*In a medium-size saucepan, combine reserved pineapple syrup, pineapple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt. Bring to a boil and stir with a whisk for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened. Add pepper strips and onion simmer for 2 minutes. Add pineapple tidbits and remove from heat. Pour sauce over meatballs. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until sauce is hot and bubbly.Note: This is delicious served over rice.
