2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup crushed bite-sized Shredded Wheat
1 pound ground fully cooked ham
1 pound ground pork
SAUCE:
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup white vinegar
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and cereal; crumble ham and pork over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. to 2-in. balls; place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. , In a large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4 minutes. Pour over ham balls. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°.

1 pound ground pork
2 large eggs
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
2-1/3 cups milk, divided
1/4 cup chopped onion
6 teaspoon prepared mustard, divided
Dash pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine ham, pork, eggs, cornflake crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, onion, 2 teaspoons mustard and pepper; shape into 1-in. balls. , In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ham balls in oil. 2 lbs cooked ham, ground
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoons horseradish
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1 (1 lb) can cranberry sauce
1 cup diced orange

Steps:

  • Ham Balls: Mix all ingredients for ham balls together and form into 1-inch balls.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
  • Sauce: Mix first four ingredients.
  • Stir in cranberry sauce and orange; heat until cranberry sauce melts.
  • Pour over ham balls.

1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup mustard

Steps:

  • Mix together the pork, ham, bread crumbs, eggs, milk and onion. Form into medium size balls. Place the ham balls in a baking dish. In mixing bowl, stir together the pineapple, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over the ham balls and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.

1/2 cup vinegar

1 pound ground pork
1 cup cracker crumbs, saltine
1 egg lightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
dash hot sauce
* Part two.
2 pineapple tidbits (reserve syrup)
2 cups pineapple juice canned
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup cider vinegar
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups green bell peppers thinly sliced strips
1/2 cup onion thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350° F. Combine meat and remaining ingredients roll into balls about walnut-size. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover. Bake for 45 minutes. Prepare the following sauce.Sweet and Sour Sauce:*In a medium-size saucepan, combine reserved pineapple syrup, pineapple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt. Bring to a boil and stir with a whisk for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened. Add pepper strips and onion simmer for 2 minutes. Add pineapple tidbits and remove from heat. Pour sauce over meatballs. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until sauce is hot and bubbly.Note: This is delicious served over rice.
