I've had this for at least 15 years. The chill time is the cook time. The longer you chill the better it tastes. Toss again before you serve this.

- In a medium-sized bowl, make dressing by mixing together sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss to blend. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
- Longer chill time is better so the flavors can blend.

- Whisk the mayonnaise and mustard together in a large bowl. Pulse the ham and pickles in a food processor until finely chopped but not pureed. Add the ham mixture, pickle juice, celery, onions and celery leaves to the mayonnaise mixture, and stir. Taste; if the salad seems dry (it should be spreadable), add more mayonnaise and/or pickling liquid. Serve as is or on sandwiches.
HAM AND CORN BAKE - EASY AND YUMMY!
A simple casserole made with ham, corn and cheese. Works well as a main dish or side dish. If you like less salty food, use garlic powder in place of the garlic salt.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cubed ham, corn, cream of asparagus soup (undiluted), eggs and mustard. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, celery and garlic salt; cook, stirring until tender. Stir the onion mixture into the egg mixture. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle a layer of bread crumbs over the top, then cover with a layer of Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish, and bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Uncover, sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the top is golden brown. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

AWESOME HAM PASTA SALAD
I never seem to make enough of this salad. When people see the recipe, they look at me as if I am a little odd...but when they eat it they can't seem to stop! This recipe is great for kids and adults alike. The garlic is optional. Also, to lighten up the salad, substitute light mayonnaise, light sour cream, and turkey ham.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained pasta, ham, peppers, onion, pickles and tomatoes.
