8 mini bagels, split
¼ cup pizza sauce
⅓ cup shredded pizza cheese blend
16 slices turkey pepperoni (such as Hormel®)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Arrange bagels on prepared baking sheet, cut sides up. Spoon a thin layer of pizza sauce over each bagel half and sprinkle with pizza cheese. Place 2 pepperoni slices on each bagel.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and pepperoni is lightly browned, about 6 minutes.

We used to enjoy pizza bagel bites from the freezer section, but found they weren't filling unless we made quite a few. Now we use whole bagels to prepare a heartier meal that's ready in a jiffy. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
20 pepperoni slices
3/4 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Steps:

  • Place bagels on a baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce. Arrange five slices of pepperoni on each, covering the bagel hole with one slice. Top each with ham, bacon, green pepper and cheese. , Bake at 400° for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted.

2 slices deli ham, diced
1 large egg
3 tablespoons half-and-half
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Lay bagel halves with their centers facing up on a baking sheet. Use a sharp knife to gently score around the inside of the bagel (close to the very center and along the outside edge). Remove the bready centers, being careful not to rip through the bagel. Discard the middle pieces of bread, or save for bread crumbs or another use.
  • Gently press all the way around the middle and sides with your fingers to create a well around the center of each bagel half.
  • Whisk ham, egg, half-and-half, shredded Cheddar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until combined. Divide the egg mixture between the prepared bagels.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bagels are well toasted and egg is set in the middle, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool briefly before serving.

6 plain bagels, split
6 slices deli ham
6 slices cheddar cheese
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 large tomato, sliced
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced

Steps:

  • Spread butter over cut sides of bagels. Place buttered sides up on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside bagel tops., On the bottom of each bagel, place a slice of ham and cheddar cheese.
