Steps:
- 1. Brown the meat in a heavy skillet. Drain off any fat. Empty the pizza sauce into a bowl and stir the spices into it.
- 2. Pour cooked meat into a crock pot and stir in pizza sauce. Cook on high for 90 minutes to 2 hours stirring about 4 times during cooking process. You can also cook it all day on low heat if that works better for you.
- 3. Warm the bread or buns, split ladle in half and fill with meat. Top with cheese. Place in a warm oven for a 7 - 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Cut into serving portions and enjoy.
- 4. We like to put extras on the table like fresh sliced mushrooms, pepper chine's, green pepper, onion etc. They are also GREAT served with onion rings.

Steps:
- 1. brown hamburger and sausage together. Drain grease and rinse meat with warm water. Put meat and spices, tomato sauce back on stove and warm.
- 2. place hoagie buns with cut side up on cookie sheet. Squirt mustard on inside of bottom bun. Place a layer of peppers on top of mustard and fill with meat. Cover with cheese and cover sandwiches with foil place in oven for 10 mins at 350 degrees or until cheese is done.
- 3. slice and Enjoy!
