- In a large skillet, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes and spaghetti sauce; heat through. Transfer to a large bowl., In a small bowl, combine the soup, eggs, cottage cheese and Italian seasoning., Return 1 cup meat sauce to the skillet; spread evenly. Layer with 1 cup cottage cheese mixture, 1-1/2 cups meat sauce and half the noodles, breaking to fit. Repeat layers of cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and noodles. Top with remaining meat sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-17 minutes or until noodles are tender., Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with shredded cheeses; cover and let stand for 2 minutes or until melted.

- Brown meat in large deep nonstick skillet; drain.
- Layer 1/3 of the pasta sauce in same skillet; cover with half each of the meat, tortellini and Parmesan. Repeat layers. Top with remaining pasta sauce. Pour 1 cup water around edge of skillet; cover.
- Cook on medium heat 20 min. or until tortellini are tender. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover; cook until mozzarella is melted.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef or turkey, grapeseed oil, 1 T fra diavolo blend and garlic to skillet.
- Brown approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain off any excess grease from the ground beef.
- Add the tomato sauce bag contents to the ground beef skillet. Stir. Simmer uncovered approx 7-8 minutes.
- In a 2 quart casserole pan, layer tomato meat sauce, frozen tortellini (yes, bake from frozen!), and mozzarella cheese, finishing with a layer of tomato sauce and then cheese. Bake COVERED at 400 for approx 30 minutes, or until center of lasagna is hot. Uncover and cook an additional 5-7 minutes to slightly brown the cheese on top.
- Serve with salad and garlic bread.
