1 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
⅓ cup Alfredo sauce
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • Marinate chicken breast in Italian dressing for 10 minutes.
  • Slice chicken thinly across the grain into pieces the width of thick bacon.
  • Cut bread dough into 2 equal pieces. Roll dough into 9-inch circles.
  • Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over dough. Cover with a little mozzarella cheese. Add chicken, mushrooms, and bacon. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Place 1 pizza in the Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven and press "Auto Cook." Select the frozen pizza setting, 9-inch size. Allow pizza to cook until timer goes off, about 13 minutes. Repeat with second pizza.

1 lb. frozen pizza dough, thawed
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 large boneless skinless chicken breast (6 oz.), grilled, sliced
1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
1 cup sliced drained canned artichoke hearts
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Pat pizza dough into 16x12-inch rectangle on lightly floured baking sheet. Bake 10 min.
  • Mix cream cheese, milk and garlic powder until blended; spread onto pizza crust. Top with chicken, peppers, artichokes and cheeses.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until mozzarella is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Top with basil.

1 (15 inch) package focaccia bread (this can be purchased at a grocery store)
1 chicken breast
1 cup alfredo sauce
1 grilled red pepper (instructions listed)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 garlic clove

Steps:

  • There are several ways to grill peppers. OVEN - Preheat broiler. Lightly coat the red pepper with olive oil. Grill peppers under the broiler until the skin turns black and the pepper softens slightly. Place pepper into a paper bag to cool for approximately 20 minutes, and then peel off the blackened skin. GAS GRILL - Turn your flame on high, and with metal tongs, place the pepper on the gas burner. Flip over once one side is blackened, continue to do so until the entire pepper has been blackened. Place pepper into a paper bag to cool for approximately 20 minutes, and then peel off the blackened skin.
  • Season chicken breast with salt and pepper, and place in a skillet over medium-low heat with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Cook chicken breast for about 4 minutes on one side, flip over, and cook chicken breast on the other side. Slice chicken breast into small slices.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F Peel garlic clove, cut in half, and rub cut garlic clove over the flat bread. Place cooked sliced chicken breast onto flatbread, coat the bread with Alfredo sauce, top with half of the grilled red peppers, and sprinkle over mozzarella cheese on top of everything.
  • Place into the oven and heat until the mozzarella cheese melts (6 to 8 minutes). Remove from oven and top with remaining grilled red peppers and chopped basil. Slice into smaller pieces.

1 cooked, chopped chicken breast
1 c alfredo sauce
1/2 grilled red pepper
1/4 c shredded mozzarella
1/4 c chopped basil
1 garlic clove

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel garlic clove, cut in half, and rub cut garlic clove over the flat bread
  • 2. Place cooked sliced chicken breast onto flatbread, coat the bread with Alfredo sauce, top with half of the grilled red peppers, and add sprinkle over mozzarella cheese on top of everything
  • 3. Place into the oven and heat until the mozzarella cheese melts, this should take 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven, and top with remaining grilled red peppers and add chopped basil before serving.
