Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 2. Mix together flour and baking soda
- 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well (i did this all in a food processor..it makes this recipe a lot easier to make)
- 4. pour in to greased 13x5 pan
- 5. cook for 35-40 min
- 6. FROSTING: mix cream cheese and jelly in food processor with a splash of milk spread over finished "cake"
- 7. *cut a piece of the cake for yourself before adding dog food*
- 8. write happy birthday with pieces of dog food and decorate with dog treats
