Two .13-ounce packets unsweetened lemon-lime drink mix, such as Kool-Aid
2 cups sugar
One 46-ounce can pineapple juice
12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
32 ounces ginger ale

Steps:

  • Put 2 quarts water in a 1 gallon container. Add the drink mix and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the pineapple juice and lemonade concentrate and stir well. Just before serving, add the ginger ale.

22 ounces (2 3/4 cups) freshly brewed hot Sencha tea, preferably In Pursuit of Tea brand
22 ounces (2 3/4 cups) freshly brewed hot Moroccan mint green tea, preferably Stash brand
16 ounces (2 cups) Demerara sugar
20 ounces (2 1/2 cups, from about 10 large limes) freshly squeezed lime juice
50 ounces (6 1/4 cups) Banks 5 Island Rum (or substitute Appleton Estate Reserve, Mount Gay Black Barrel, or Bacardi 8)
1 whole nutmeg, or pinch ground nutmeg, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a large heatproof bowl, combine the hot teas and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 4 cups ice, and stir until ice has dissolved and the tea is cool. Add the lime juice and rum, and stir well.
  • Transfer to a large punch bowl, and add a large block of ice. To serve, ladle into cups. Grate whole nutmeg or sprinkle ground nutmeg over top. Alternatively, the mixture may be refrigerated until chilled and served in ice-filled cups; garnish with nutmeg.

6 green tea bags
1 cup sugar
1 750-ml bottle cava
2 cups Scotch
2 cups Irish whiskey
2 cups dry fino Sherry
2 cups fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 ice block

Steps:

  • Bring 8 cups water to boil in large saucepan. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and let steep 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Mix in sugar. Cool completely. Mix in all remaining ingredients except ice block. Place ice block in large punch bowl. Pour tea mixture over.

gummy snakes or worms for spooky effect

  • 1. I am not sure of exact amounts as I mix and taste but I do know that I used all the frozen limeade, a whole qt of lime sherbet, about 1/2 can of pineapple juice and then top it with the lemon lime soda.
  • 2. You can make this for any festive holiday that you want some green punch for not just Halloween. St. Patrick's day and Christmas would be fun as well. I added some gummy snakes or worms for a little spooky effect.

1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored Jell-O® mix
4 cups boiling water
1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
2 cups bottled lemon juice (such as ReaLemon®)
2 tablespoons almond extract
4 cups cold water

Steps:

  • Mix sugar and lime gelatin mix in a large bowl.
  • Stir 4 cups boiling water into gelatin mixture until sugar and gelatin have dissolved.
  • Thoroughly chill gelatin mixture in refrigerator, about 1 hour.
  • Place lime gelatin mixture into a large punch bowl; stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, almond extract, and 4 cups cold water until thoroughly combined.

1 quart hot water
46 ounces pineapple juice (1 can)
24 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (2 cans @12oz each)
1 cup sugar (optional)
4 1/2 cups cold water
2 liters ginger ale

Steps:

  • Pour 1 quart of hot water into a large saucepan, and dissolve the gelatin.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Pour the cooled gelatin into a large punch bowl.
  • Stir in: pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, sugar, and 4 ½ cups of cold water.
  • Just before serving, pour in the Ginger Ale.

11 ounces brewed Moroccan mint tea, such as STASH
8 ounces raw Demerara sugar
10 ounces limes, juice
25 1/4 ounces blended English-style rum, such as Banks '5 Island' Blended Rum

Steps:

  • Brew the Sencha and mint tea in 22 ounces of boiling water. Add the raw sugar to the hot tea, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Steep the tea for a few minutes. Remove the tea bags/leaves and discard.Pour the tea into a large pitcher and cool down by adding a quart of crushed ice. Add the lime juice and rum, and stir to incorporate.Serve by pouring the punch over a large chunk of ice. Ladle each cocktail into a punch glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 liters carbonated lemon-lime beverage, chilled
1 1/4 cups cold water
sugar-free lemonade-flavored drink mix, prepared
gummy worms (optional)

Steps:

  • Spoon sherbet by tablespoonfuls into a punch bowl.
  • Mix 1.25 cups cold water with the lemonade concentrate; add to sherbet.
  • Slowly pour soda down side of the bowl; stir gently to mix.
  • Remove Frightful frozen hand from glove, and float on top just before serving.
  • Frightful hand: Wash any powdery residue from inside or outside of glove.
  • Pour lemon drink into glove until the glove is nearly full, but not so full that the fingers will not move.
  • Fasten opening with a twist tie.
  • Place glove on a lined cookie sheet (paper towel will do), and allow to freeze.
  • If using gummy worms, place in filled glove before freezing.

4 green tea bags
4 large lemons
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extact or vanilla bean paste
1/2 tsp almond extact
dash of salt

Steps:

  • 1. Pour 2 cups boiling water over tea bags in a glass container. Steep for20 minutes.
  • 2. Squeeze juice from lemons, reserving the juice and the rinds.
  • 3. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium size sauce pan. Add in the sugar and lemon rinds, stir until sugar dissolves.
  • 4. Place over medium high heat and simmer until mixture becomes slightly thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes , might take longer depending on how high the heat is. Then remove from heat and discard lemon rinds. Allow to cool.
  • 5. Squeeze the tea bags and remove from glass container. Combine the LEMON SUGAR SYRUP & TEA IN A LARGE BOWL AND STRAIN. I CHOSE NOT TO STRAIN MINE.
  • 6. Now strain the RESERVED LEMON JUICE, I CHOSE NOT TO STRAIN, BUT REMOVED THE SEEDS, and kept the pulp. Now add the tea mixture, along with the vanilla and almond extract & salt. Mix well and refrigerate.
  • 7. To serve, Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup of mixture over ice in a glass, and top with 1/2 cup of water. Stir, Garnish glass with a lemon slice or wedge and mint leaf if desired.
