This green glow smoothie bowl will have you glowing from the inside out! Spirulina powder adds a hit of nutrients to this satisfying way to get your greens.

1 large banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1 cup packed baby spinach leaves
½ cup water
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
¼ cup raw whole almonds
1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon spirulina (blue-green algae) powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
5 blackberries
3 strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon cacao nibs, or to taste
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, or to taste
1 tablespoon large coconut flakes, or to taste
1 teaspoon bee pollen, or to taste

Steps:

  • Place banana, spinach, water, pineapple, whole almonds, celery, vanilla extract, and spirulina in a large high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the jar as necessary. Taste and stir in maple syrup.
  • Pour mixture into a bowl. Garnish with blackberries, strawberries, cacao nibs, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, and bee pollen. Serve immediately.
