1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped in half
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pinches lemon pepper
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Place green beans into a large skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until beans start to soften, about 5 minutes. Drain water. Add butter to green beans; cook and stir until butter is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Cook and stir garlic with green beans until garlic is tender and fragrant, 3 to 4 minutes. Season with lemon pepper and salt.

EASY . . I fix Green Beans any way I can. This is just one of the Ways I find I enjoy. Just another easy Way with FRESH GARDEN GREEN BEANS,Garlic and RED WINE VINEGAR. Makes for a tasty combination to add to your Sunday dinner table.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 Lb approx, fresh green beans, stems removed and snapped into 1
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1 -2 tsp garlic minced
2 TBS red wine vinegar
1 Cup water
2 Tbs olive oil or butter

Steps:

  • 1. in a 1 qt dish, microwave safe dish, add the green beans.
  • 2. add the Basil, Salt, garlic and 1/2 the Vinegar, 1 cup of water and pour over the Beans.
  • 3. pour 2 tbs olive oil or Melted Butter over the Beans.
  • 4. Cover the Dish and Microwave on high about 8 Min. Just til tender. Stir the Beans add the leftover red wine vinegar and Serve .
