CHICKEN, STUFFING AND GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
This is my family's favorite recipe. My mom gave it to me and it's terrific!

Steps:
- In a medium bowl combine the chicken, soup, beans, salt and pepper; mix well and set aside. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Spoon chicken mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, top with prepared stuffing and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, covered, for 25 minutes; remove cover and bake another 5 minutes to brown the cheese.

Steps:
- In small bowl, mix soup and milk until well blended. Set aside.
- In another small bowl, mix stuffing crumbs and melted butter. Set aside.
- In a 11x7 inch glass baking dish layer chicken then green beans then soup mixture then stuffing mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center & mixture is hot & bubbly.
CHICKEN, GREEN BEAN & STOVE TOP STUFFING CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Heat skillet. Add oil. Brown chicken, adding lemon pepper, thyme and seasoning salt. Remove chicken when done and dice. Return diced chicken to skillet. Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup of water, wine, mustard and marinade.
- While chicken is cooking, heat a 5 qt pot and add olive oil. Sautee celery and onions for a few minutes until onions are soft. Add green beans, soup, and milk. Add chicken and water mixture to beans. At this point try beans. If they need some more seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine 2 cups of water and Stove Top Stuffing. Spread Stove top stuffing on top of green bean and chicken mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°F, covered. During the last 15 minutes, remove cover and increase oven temperature to 450°F to brown.

Set aside. 3.In a 9x13 pan, stir together sour cream and milk. 4.Add the chicken, green beans, and cheddar cheese, and stir until mixed thoroughly. 5.Top with stuffing. 6.Bake for 30 minutes, until stuffing is golden and chicken is cooked through.
