Steps:
- Spray 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray. Heat oven to 400°F (425°F for all other pan types). Unroll dough in pan; starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.
- Spread tomatoes evenly over dough. Top with spinach, followed by artichoke hearts, red onion, olives and garlic. Top with mozzarella and feta cheeses.
- Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until bottom of crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- To serve, cut into 6 rows by 3 rows.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Stir cucumber, sour cream, dill, oregano, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a bowl; cover and chill.
- Unwrap pizza and discard cardboard. Place red pepper, feta cheese, and olives on top of the pizza. Top with sliced tomato and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 15 minutes.
- Remove pizza from the oven and top with red onion, basil, and Greek sauce to serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). If using a pizza stone, place in oven to preheat.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet; cook and stir onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes. Add spinach and continue to cook and stir until all liquid has evaporated, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and season with basil, lemon juice, oregano, and pepper. Allow mixture to cool slightly.
- Unroll pizza dough on preheated pizza stone or a large baking sheet and brush with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Spread spinach mixture over dough, leaving a small border at the edge of the pizza crust. Top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Press tomato slices into seasoned bread crumbs until coated; arrange tomatoes over pizza. Spread remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and feta cheese over tomatoes.
- Bake in preheated oven until pizza crust is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.

I love the garlicky flavor of this "White" (versus classic "Red") vegetable pizza. It is easier to serve (less messy) as an appetizer than a tomato-based pizza.

Steps:
- Prepare crust according to package directions.
- Spread crust in thin layer on large rectangular baking sheet or pizza pan.
- "Mix Sauce ingredients together and spread on crust (like you would spread a tomato sauce) with spoon or pastry brush, using some or all of it (I use all of it).
- Place toppings on pizza in order listed.
- Bake at 375 degrees on bottom oven shelf until crust is crispy and cheese is melted, between 18-25 minutes.
- Cut into 10 slices for a meal or smaller squares for appetizer servings.
- For Variety- Optional ingredients: 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken; 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh spinach, 2 tbs diced pepperocini (Greek) peppers; 2 tablespoon sliced black olives.
