1 1/2 ounces orange juice (fresh)
3 1/2 ounces Champagne (chilled)
Garnish: orange slice

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a Champagne flute, pour the orange liqueur, if using, and orange juice.
  • Pouring slowly into a tilted glass (as you would beer), top the mimosa with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange slice. Serve and enjoy.

6 tablespoons orange liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
1 bottle brut Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
1/2 quart orange juice

Steps:

  • To each Champagne flute, add 1 tablespoon orange liqueur. Add Champagne to fill 2/3 of each flute. Top glasses off with orange juice. Serve.
