The Twenty Dollar Burger image

The first comment I got about this burger was, 'I would pay twenty dollars for this...WOW!' I serve these on a whole wheat bun, with blue cheese and horseradish mayo.

These take a little time but so worth the extra effort as they turned out wonderfully moist and juicy. Try to buy the best minced beef you can for a truely gourmet taste.
