1/2 cup(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) gorgonzola cheese
3 tablespoon(s) thyme, leaves
2 tablespoon(s) rosemary sprigs
2 tablespoon(s) italian parsley
1 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
2 - garlic
1/4 cup(s) pine nuts
4 - filet mignon

GORGONZOLA TWICE-BAKED POTATOES WITH BACON

Steps:

  • Preheat the outdoor grill on medium - high heat. Place the softened butter, gorgonzola cheese, spices and pine nuts into a food processor. Puree until incorporated, season with salt and pepper. Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness (always RARE).
  • To serve, top with 2 Tablespoons of spiced butter.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
salt and pepper to taste
8 (8-ounce) filet mignon steaks

Steps:

  • Preheat the outdoor grill on medium - high heat. Place the softened butter, gorgonzola cheese, spices and pine nuts into a food processor. Puree until incorporated, season with salt and pepper.
