GOOD OL' CHEESE BURGER

Good ol' cheese burger image

This s soooo juicy. When buying hamber meat 80/20 is best higher counts make burger tough. If you make it on the grill what it so that the flame does not burn the out side. Rule of thumb, make the patty thinner in the center. Try to flip the burger after juice forms on the top. I said cook time is 30 min but you need to grill...
