GOOD BURGER
These aren't your everyday hamburgers. They taste a little different, but this is the only way I make them. Everyone loves these, and they are fairly simple to make. The brown sugar brings out the flavors of the other spices. Please note that these aren't exact measurements. I just throw a little of this and a little of that in.

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
- In a medium bowl, mix ground chuck, onion, brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, steak sauce, and Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Form the mixture into four burger patties.
- On the prepared grill, cook the burgers 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.

- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties., Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°., Grill buns over medium heat, cut side down, 30-60 seconds or until toasted. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion.

Steps:
- 1. Fry the bacon and Pancetta to medium 2. Add the garlic powder, pepper, Bacon and Pancetta 3. Mix 4. Form into 6oz patties, salt & pepper each side 5. Heat BBQ on HIGH for 1/2 hour or until very very HOT 6. double patty on the grill or griddle and cook 2 minutes 7. Flip Burgers and press to 1/4 inch thick 8. cook this side till almost crispy 3-4 min 9. flip and cook until again, add cheese, melt 10. double patty to the bun serve asap or while still hot, enjoy
GOOD OL' CHEESE BURGER
This s soooo juicy. When buying hamber meat 80/20 is best higher counts make burger tough. If you make it on the grill what it so that the flame does not burn the out side. Rule of thumb, make the patty thinner in the center. Try to flip the burger after juice forms on the top. I said cook time is 30 min but you need to grill...

- 1. mix first 4 ingredients together and patty out burger making middle a little thinner
- 2. Grill on med heat until juice forms on top of patty then flip
- 3. grill other side until juice forms on top of patty. When patty is desired temp add the cheese to the top to melt.
