I got this off the Hershey's website and made a few small changes to make it milk free (parve). I never have left overs.

Number Of Ingredients 10

9 inches pie shells
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 egg yolks
3 cups soymilk
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
12 ounces chocolate chips, divided
whipped topping (optional)

Steps:

  • Bake pie shell; cool.
  • Stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt in 2 quart saucepan.
  • Combine egg yolks and milk in container with pouring spout.
  • Gradually blend milk mixture into sugar mixture.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
  • Boil and stir 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
  • Add 1-3/4 cups chocolate chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Pour into prepared pie shell; press plastic wrap onto filling.
  • Cool.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled and firm.
  • Garnish with whipped topping and remaining chocolate chips, if desired.

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 egg yolks
3 cups milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch

Steps:

1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup hot strong black coffee
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 -2 tablespoon buttermilk or 1 -2 tablespoon low-fat milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly oil a 12-cup bundt pan or coat it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Dust with flour and shake out excess.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, white sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • Add buttermilk, brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
  • Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Whisk in coffee until well blended.
  • Pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 35- 40 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in middle comes out clean.
  • Cool the cake in the pan on a rack for 10 minutes; remove from the pan and let cool completely.
  • Make icing: In a small bowl, whisk together the confectioner's sugar, vanilla and enough of the buttermilk to make a thick but pourable icing.
  • Set the cake on a serving plate and drizzle the icing over the top.

FOR THE BROWNIES,
2 sticks butter
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO ASSEMBLE,
1 box (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup water
1 box (14 ounces) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 container (8 ounces) Cool whip
1 container (12 ounces) Cool Whip
3 Heath candy bars

Steps:

  • Mix butter and sugar together in an electric or hand mixer. Add eggs and blend well. Add vanilla, salt, cocoa, and flour. Be sure not to over-beat the batter. Pour the batter into a greased 9 inches x13 inches baking pan. Bake at 350 F degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool completely. Once brownies are cooled completely cut into 1 inch squares. In a large bowl, mix chocolate pudding mix, water, and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in 8 oucess container of cool whip until there are no streaks remaining. 2 c milk chocolate chips (or dark chocolate if you prefer)
1/2 tsp salt

2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups mashed very ripe bananas (4 medium)
1 teaspoon brandy extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Real maple syrup
4 to 5 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
  • Make Banana Cupcakes. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then bananas and brandy extract. Beat in flour mixture gradually just until blended. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely before frosting, about 30 minutes.
  • Make Maple Buttercream Frosting. In medium bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until blended. Beat in remaining frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost cupcakes; garnish each with a drizzle of syrup, then sprinkle with bacon.
