GLORIOUS CANNED GREENS
don't have time to slave over the stove for a quick healthy vegetbale side dish that happens to come out of a can; glory has a healthier version of their now famous canned goods. i personally don't like too many canned food veggies, however i've cooked these a few times and they were great, when i was in a pinch.

Steps:
- 1. put oil in a heated pan. fry up turkey bacon or turkey sausage. add chopped onion and chopped garlic to bacon. sautee for 2 minutes or so. add greens and simmer for a few minutes...these are quick and easy...these greens are healthy and tasty!!!

Steps:
- 1. Rinse greens; dry well. Tear or cut into bite-sized pieces. Wrap well and keep in the crisper until needed.
- 2. Place greens in a large salad bowl along with basil leaves, vegetables and olives. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss with vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
