- In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour; stir in lemon juice. Add the pears, cranberries and ginger; toss to coat. Divide among six greased 10-oz. ramekins or custard cups., In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, oats and flour; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. , Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm.

- Place pears in a large bowl; sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat. Combine the pear nectar, sugar and lemon juice; pour over pears and toss to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish., For topping, in a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, almonds, vanilla wafers, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pear mixture., Bake at 375° for 50-60 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.

- 1. In 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish toss together pears, cranberries, 2 tablespoons of the brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of the whole wheat flour, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla.2.
