ICED TEA PUNCH

4 tea bags
8 cups cold water
Juice of 2 lemons
4 (12 fl oz) cans Zevia ginger ale
Lemon slices and mint leaves to decorate

Steps:

  • To make the iced tea, add the tea bags to a pitcher and top with the cold water. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 8 hours). The next day, strain and combine with the lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • When ready to serve, top with the ginger ale and decorate with lemon slices and mint.
  • Enjoy!

Steps:

  • Pour dry cup of Iced Tea Mix into bottom of punch bowl.
  • Add 3 liters of Ginger Ale.
  • Stir.
  • Add bag of ice.
  • Enjoy - it's really amazing and refreshing!

5 lb sugar
4 c boiling water
12 lemons, juice only
1 1/2 oz almond extract
3 tsp citric acid (found in pharmacies or with canning supplies)
10 pt gingerale (i use canada dry)
4 1/2 qt ice water

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  • 2. Store in refrigerator, or can make ahead and freeze then thaw till slushy.
  • 3. Mix concentrate with 2 parts ginger ale and 1 part ice water.

8 cups cold water, divided
9 regular-size tea bags or 3 family-size tea bags
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
3 lemons, juice of

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.
  • Add the tea bags; cover and remove pan from the heat source.
  • Steep for 10 minutes.
  • Take out tea bags and don't squeeze them.
  • Pour the tea into a 2-quart pitcher.
  • Add in the sugar; stir until dissolved.
  • Add in the vanilla, almond extract, and lemon juice; stir to mix.
  • Add the remaining 6 cups of water and stir.
  • Let tea cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator.
  • Serve in glasses over ice.
