- Saute noodles in a large skillet; stir gently with a fork to coat them on all sides.

Grandma's recipe. Great with garden lettuce and cream or cucumber salad.

Steps:
- 1. Beat eggs; add baking powder, flour, milk and salt. Put about 3 tablespoons lard in frying pan and heat. Pour the mixture into the hot fat and brown on one side. Turn it over and brown on the other side. Then use your spatula and start to cut it up in small pieces and keep on stirring it until it is browned and won't stick together and isn't doughy. Serve and enjoy!
GERMAN FRIED NOODLES
Steps:
- Break pasta into 1 - 2 inch strips, cook pasta al dente, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Add pasta to melted butter or margarine in non stick skillet. Toss pasta to coat with butter. Add Kraft Parmesan Cheese and toss some more. Cook on medium - high heat until pasta is golden brown and slightly crisp. Stir often while frying. You can add diced country ham while frying the pasta for a meal by itself.
- Cut Kraft sliced cheese into small sections and add to the skillet. Add salt & pepper, stir in skillet till all cheese are melted. Add beaten egg and stir in to coat pasta. Drain any excess butter. Serve hot as a side dish.
