Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and butter an 8" or 9" square baking dish. Spray pan with a pan release such as Bakers Joy or Pam for Baking.
  • In a medium bowl, soften butter in the microwave. Butter should be very soft, can be somewhat melted.
  • To the butter add brown sugar, flour oats, pecans, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together with a spoon (or your hands) until well combined. Mixture will be crumbly.
  • Set aside while you make the filling.

5 large Georgia Peaches
6 tablespoons Wheat Flour
5 tablespoons Sugar
4 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
pinch Salt
2 Egg whites
6 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Lightly grease a small baking dish 9 x 9 or similar
  • Wash, dry, core, and slice peaches
  • Add them to a large bowl and coat them with brown sugar
  • Melt butter and skim foam off the top to clarify it (optional)
  • In a separate bowl, mix in other ingredient which will create the crumble mixture.
  • Place peaches in the baking dish, and sprinkle crumble on top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes
  • Serve warm with some optional fresh cream or ice cream.

16 oz frozen, sliced peaches, slightly drained
1 c fresh raspberries
1/4 c freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
TOPPING
1/2 c all purpose flour
2/3 c old fashioned oats
1/4 c splenda no calorie sweetener, granulated
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c sliced almonds
1 1/4 c stick margarine, cubed

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT oven to 350 F. Lightly spray an 8 inch square baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. Set aside.
  • 2. PLACE all filling ingredients into a large bowl. Toss fruit gently. Transfer to prepared baking pan. In another bowl, place all topping ingredients except margarine. Stir to mix. With fingertips, squeeze margarine with flour mixture to form small, moist crumbs. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.
  • 3. BAKE crisp until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, about 45-55 minutes.
  • 4. SERVE warm or at room temperature. Feel free to top with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!!!

nonstick cooking spray
1 -2 large apple, cored, peeled and cut in wedges
2 tablespoons apricot nectar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 pinch nutmeg, ground
1 pinch ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
2/3 cup rolled oats or 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
8 -10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Steps:

  • Servings: 6 Prepare fruit. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 2- to 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, toss peaches and apples with apricot nectar, orange juice, vanilla, sugar, flour, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.

8 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
¼ cup boiling water
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

I was born, raised and still live in Georgia, so anything with peaches in it and I just have to try it. I have no idea where I got the recipe but do know it taste great and is addictive.

- 8 cups popcorn (popped)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons peach preserves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees Place popcorn in large greased bowl. Melt butter in small pan over low heat. Stir in sugar and preserves until melted. Drizzle over popcorn, then stir to coat evenly. Spread popcorn mixture on greased roasting pan. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely before serving.
