- Melt Parkay in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until browned lightly. Add garlic; cook until fragrant. Add broth; reduce heat to medium and simmer 2 minutes.
- Combine Velveeta, drained tomatoes and mushroom mixture in 1-1/2-quart microwave-safe dish; cover. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or just until Velveeta melts, stirring after 3 minutes. Remove from microwave; stir until mixture is blended.
- Serve with toasted sliced bread or assorted vegetables, if desired.

- In a large skillet, cook beef and sausage with onion, jalapenos and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, crumbling meat. - In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towels. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. In the drippings, saute mushrooms and onion until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. , Reduce heat. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce; cook and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in bacon. Serve warm with vegetables or crackers.
