PARMESAN-BASIL GARLIC BREAD
Made with Parmesan and fresh basil on a ciabatta bread loaf, this yummy garlic bread is good as an appetizer or a side dish for a green salad.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients except bread; spread onto cut sides of bread.
- Reassemble bread loaf; wrap in foil.
- Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Unwrap bread; slice. Serve warm.

- Heat the grill to high. Beat together the mayonnaise, butter and garlic cloves until smooth. Chop basil, stir through and season with salt and pepper. Put the halves of the ciabatta, sliced lengthways, on a baking tray and spread with the butter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, then grill for 2-3 mins.

Steps:
- Heat the grill / broiler to high.
- Beat together the mayonnaise, butter and garlic cloves until smooth.
- Chop basil, stir through and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the halves of the ciabatta, sliced lengthways, on a baking tray and spread with the butter.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan, then grill for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from baking tray and slice each half into smaller slices.

GARLIC BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the garlic in the bowl of a food processor and process until minced. Add the parsley, oregano, salt and pepper and pulse twice.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium saute pan and add the garlic mixture. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Slice the ciabatta bread in half horizontally, and spread the butter on 1 half. Spread the garlic mixture on the other half of the bread, and put the halves together. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil.
- Place the bread in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. Open the foil, and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, parsley, basil and garlic. Cover and microwave until butter is melted. Stir in cheese., Cut the bread in half lengthwise; place cut side down on an uncovered grill over medium heat for 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Brush cut side with the butter mixture. Grill or broil 1-2 minutes longer.
