WHITE CHOCOLATE PIE
If you want a change from your usual Chocolate Pudding Pie made from Jello, this is such a wonderful change. It is nice and creamy and so easy to make.

Steps:
- 1. To Prepare the Crust: Add the sugar to the cracker crumbs and mix. Pour in the melted butter and combine until moistened. Pat into a pie plate and set aside.
- 2. To Prepare the Pie filling: Mix cream cheese with 1 cup milk until well blended. You do this on low speed on your mixer. Add the rest of the milk and pudding mix and continue to blend on low speed. Once mixture is smooth, gently fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into the prepared crust and refrigerte for 4 hours before serving.
- 3. Topping: Top with shaved white chocolate or white chocolate chips and drizzle with a chocolate sauce.

Steps:
- Combine baking crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press firmly onto bottom and up sides of pie plate to form crust.
- Add milk to dry pudding in medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. Top each serving with 1 tablespoons of the remaining whipped topping, just before serving. Store in refrigerator.

- In medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt and whisk to combine. In a medium bowl, whisk milk and egg yolks until smooth. Gradually stir into sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil. Boil and stir for one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate, butter, and vanilla. Stir until melted.
- Pour into pie shell. Place plastic wrap over filling to prevent skin from forming and chill for several hours. Top with meringue or whipped cream and chocolate curls if so desired.
