THICK, FUDGY, FUDGE BROWNIES
These are very thick, moist, and incredibly tasting brownies. This is the way brownies should taste.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch x 13 inch pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Blend brownie ingredients in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Pour into prepared pan
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, it's done.
- 4. Remove from oven and let cool. Slice.
- 5. ***If desired...frost with a chocolate frosting. Spread over cooled brownies. Slice and serve!

- Cream together 1/4 lb. butter and 1 cup sugar.
- Beat in 2 eggs.
- Beat in 2 more eggs.
- Add 1 cup and 1 tablespoon flour.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Add 1 can Hershey's syrup.
- Pour into jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees Farhenheit for about 35 minutes.
- Frosting:.
- Boil together 6 tablespoons butter, 6 tablespoons milk, and 1 1/2 cup sugar together for 1 minute.
- Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
- Frost brownies while hot.

- Stir cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl.
- Blend in 1/3 cup of oil or butter.
- Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens.
- Stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining 1/3 cup of oil or butter.
- Add flour, vanilla and salt blend.
- Pour in a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost if desired. (nuts can be added if desired).
- I sometimes double the recipe and bake on half sheet cake pan.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until fluffy. With the mixer running, add the eggs one at a time. Beat until fully incorporated. Add the chocolate syrup and beat for 30 seconds. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. With the mixer running, slowly add the flour mixture. Stir in the vanilla and nuts by hand. Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared baking dish. Place the brownies in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until done. Let cool completely in the pan. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by combining the butter, sugar, and milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring the frosting to a boil and let cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. The sugar should be fully dissolved. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread over the cooled brownies.
