1/2 c hot fudge sauce
1/2 c vanilla yogurt (fat free works great)
1 1/2 tsp orange juice, frozen concentrate, thawed
use fresh strawberries, banana, pineapple and any other fruit for dipping

Steps:

  • 1. in a bowl, combine fudge topping, yogurt and orange juice concentrate.
  • 2. cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. serve with fruit.

1 c fat free french vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp orange juice concentrate

Steps:

  • 1. Combine fudge topping, yogurt, and orange juice concentrate well in small bowl. Cover.
  • 2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes: overnight is best. Serve with fresh strawberries, raspberries, sliced apples, peaches or pineapple chunks.
