- In a large bowl, combine fruits; set aside. Whisk sauce ingredients until smooth. Gently fold into fruits. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours before serving.

I get compliments on this fruit salad wherever I take it. It is super easy to make and a great dish to bring to a potluck or family party. Kids love it too. Everyone asks "what's in the sauce"? The secret ingredient is the vanilla pudding mix.

- This includes the juices from the cans.
- Mix well until pudding is dissolved.

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- Mix pineapple juice and dry instant vanilla pudding together and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Mix the pineapple, fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, bananas & marshmallows together.
- Gently fold in pudding mixture.
- Lastly, fold in cool whip.
- Cover and refrigerate.

Steps:
- Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving juices in a 2-cup measuring cup; set fruit aside. Add enough water to juices to measure 1-1/2 cups. In a saucepan, whisk the juices and pudding mix. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally., Fold in the strawberries, cherries and reserved pineapple and oranges. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, fold in bananas.
