Steps:
- Put ice in blender then add ginger beer, vodka and lime juice.
- Pulse a bit and then blend until ice has broken down and drink has a slushie texture. Depending on your blender, this could take anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes.

Cool off this summer with a gingery, refreshing Frozen Mule. Made with classic Moscow Mule ingredients, this slushy cocktail drinks easy.

- Pour a 12 oz. ginger beer into an ice cube tray. (This will make enough for 3 drinks, but you can easily double or triple it for a crowd.) Freeze for 4-6 hours, or until frozen solid.
- Once the ice cubes are frozen, combine the ginger beer ice cubes, vodka and lime juice in the base of a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a lime round and enjoy immediately!

The classic Moscow Mule cocktail has vodka, lime, & ginger beer-but it's better with fresh ginger. Make this blender frozen drink for your next bbq.

Steps:
- Stir together muscovado sugar, ginger, and ¼ cup boiling water in jar. Secure lid and shake until sugar is dissolved, about 15 seconds. Let cool slightly.
- Uncover jar and add vodka, lime juice, and salt; seal again and shake to combine. Freeze until ice-cold but not solid, at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
- Transfer cocktail to a blender and add 2 cups ice. Purée on high speed until thick and smooth. (On a hot day you may need to add a few more ice cubes to thicken, but keep in mind that the more you add, the more diluted the drink will be.)
- Divide cocktail between 2 highball glasses and garnish each with a lime wheel and a straw.
