1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
2 medium firm bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Stir in the pineapple, strawberries and bananas. Fold in whipped topping. , Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and freeze for up to 1 month. , Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving.

The credit for this one goes to Deb Palmer. Found the recipe in an old magazine. It looks wonderful! I haven't tried it yet but i can just picture eating this on a beautiful Summer day. Placing it here so i don't forget about it (and to run it through the nutrition analyzer) Ofcoarse using fat free/sugar free ingredients will help cut the calories! Cooking time is freezer time.

3 bananas, sliced
1 (29 ounce) can peaches, drained and diced
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Combine all in large bowl (adding cool whip last).
  • Pour into a 13x9x2 dish or cake pan.
  • cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight.
  • Note - this will keep for about a month in the freezer.

  • In a large bowl, combine the bananas, peaches, pie filling and milk; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. May be frozen for up to 1 month.
