Steps:
- Grind cranberries in food processor, put in large bowl.
- Add pineapple (drain off some of the juice), mini marshmallows and sugar.
- Mix well and put in fridge for 1 hour.
- Whip whipping cream, add vanilla.
- Fold whipped cream into cranberry mixture.
- Pour salad into molds and freeze.
- Thaw 45 minutes before serving.

One of my mom's old recipes. Good for the holidays, luncheons, showers, etc. Cook time is freeze time.

- Mix first 5 ingredients, including the pineapple juice.
- Gently fold in cool whip until thoroughly blended.
- Place in a 9x13x2 in container, or line muffin cups with paper.

- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, Miracle Whip and sugar. Fold in the whipped topping; set aside. , In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, nuts, coconut and cranberry sauce. Add cranberries if desired. Gently combine with cream cheese mixture. Spread into a 13x9-in. dish or three foil-lined 8x4-in. loaf pans. Cover and freeze. , Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. Cut in squares or slices. Serve on lettuce leaves.

- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, condensed milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice with electric mixer on low speed until smooth and fluffy.
- Add cranberry sauce; beat on low speed until blended. Fold in cherries and pineapple. Spoon evenly into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Sprinkle with nuts. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- To serve, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or until slightly softened. Cut into squares.

FROSTED CRANBERRY SQUARES
A lovely cranberry salad for the Thanksgiving table. The combination of cream cheese, toasted pecans and cranberry is delicious.

Steps:
- Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
- Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Heat liquid in a small saucepan until mixture is boiling. Dissolve gelatin in liquid and cool.
- Pour liquid into a mixing bowl and gently stir in Ginger Ale; chill til partially set.
- Meanwhile, mix pineapple and cranberry sauce. Fold into gelatin mixture.
- Turn mixture into 9x9x2 dish. Chill until firm.
- Fold cream cheese and whipping topping together until blended. Spread over firm gelatin.
- Toast pecans in butter in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes. Cool and sprinkle over top of salad.
- Chill. Cut into 9 squares to serve.

FROSTY CRANBERRY SALAD
I found this in a Southern Living Cookbook when I was looking for something different for Thanksgiving. This recipe can be used as a salad or dessert and my family loves it!

- 1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve remove from freezer let sit at room temperature about 5 minutes, slice and serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
- 2. This can also be put into paper lined muffin cups for individual servings. Just peel away the paper and serve. Delicious as a salad or I like it also as a frozen fruit dessert.
