Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can (15 ounces) blueberries
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits
1 package (.6 ounce) sugar-free raspberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Drain blueberries and pineapple, reserving juice; set fruit aside. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add enough water to reserved fruit juices to measure 1-1/4 cups; stir into gelatin. Chill until partially set. Stir in reserved fruit. Pour into an 8-in. square dish. Refrigerate until firm., In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Carefully spread over the gelatin. Refrigerate until serving.

Frosted Lemon Fruit Salad image

1 pkg (6 oz.) Jell-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
2 cups ginger ale or 7 up
20 oz pineapple, crushed (save the juice)
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup Kraft Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
Frosting:
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice (from above)
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup Kraft Grated American Cheese

Steps:

  • Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water. Add soda pop, and cool. When partly set, add pineapple, bananas, and Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallows to Jell-O. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass Pan.
  • Frosting: Mix flour and sugar well. Add pineapple juice and cook until thick. Cool.
  • Add whipped cream to frosting and spread on Jell-O salad.
  • Sprinkle on grated cheese for color, or you may use chopped nuts if desired. Must set in fridge for 24 hours.

2 large apples, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 medium firm bananas, sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 carton (6 ounces) fat-free sugar-free raspberry yogurt
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon sunflower kernels

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine apples and bananas. Sprinkle with lemon juice; toss to coat. Stir in the yogurt, raisins and sunflower kernels. Serve immediately.
